Facilities Workplace Project Manager, 3 days working from home, 2 days in the office. - To support and manage the delivery of projects in support of the Council’s short, medium and long-term accommodation plans, including the rationalisation and modernisation of the 199 operational building portfolio. - Work with and direct cross functional project teams, facilities managers, staff and external contractors to deliver cost effective, sustainable and compliant projects across the council’s property portfolio and provide post project performance reviews. - To aid the development of future accommodation plans and workplace configuration in line with the council new ways of working methodologies.
