Building Control Team Manager is required to cover while the post -holder is acting up to Assistant Director. The requirements of the role are; - To lead on and deliver a high quality Building Control service. -To act as the principal technical adviser and expert on Building Control matters and to be responsible for technical and legal compliance with the Building Acts and Building Regulations. -To make decisions in accordance with an appropriate scheme of delegation in the capacity of Registered Building Inspector (Class 3/4 expected)
