• RICS Membership
• Current valid UK driving license and willingness to drive – If you don’t have access to a vehicle, a pool car will be provided for work purposes.
Desirable:
• Local government experience as a valuer

About the Role – The post holder will:
• Support the Head of Property Services in ensuring the first-class delivery of property valuations for Right to Buy.
• Undertake unaccompanied site visits of sites (including construction sites) and buildings.
• Manage a caseload of asset valuation work and support other team members.

Onsite/Hybrid/Home working – This role offers a hybrid model of working from home with mandatory Tuesdays in office. The post holder will also need to be flexible to visit sites borough-wide as and when required by the needs of the service.

Equipment – Laptops and accessories will be provided, including mobile phones if needed, and office equipment for hybrid workers. You will also receive an IT induction to help you navigate our laptops and systems.
