The role is 5 days Monday to Friday 35 hours.
Its hybrid 2 days in the office minimum – on site for team meetings. The candidate must be able to attend to set up training in person as required. The candidate will be managing a junior member of staff.
To be responsible to the Deputy Principal Social Worker- Health and Adult Social Care
i) To assist the Health and Adults Social Care Directorate with workforce strategy priorities and build a strong stable skilled workforce who can work with residents to achieve best outcomes
ii) To analyse, commission and design learning interventions that are planned and costed according to service need and delivered timely.
iii) To lead on statutory requirements, service priority’s and local and national policy including Social Care and Occupational Therapy apprenticeships.
