This role will be responsible for directing the Quality Assurance Officers with respect to investigating Housing Benefit claims in various subsidy cells on the end of year subsidy claim to ensure that the council is claiming the maximum amount of subsidy back from the DWP. They will also be directing the current audit which is underway.
