Working in a dynamic team which involves working in a safeguarding team and supporting children with additional needs and their families. This involves screening referrals and gate keeping with support from the management team and consider the appropriate support for the family. There is monthly supervision from your line manager as well as participating in group supervisions and fortnightly team meetings. The workload varies which includes CP, CIN and CLA cases as well as children who have overnight short breaks (ONSB). Core working hours are 9am - 5pm.
