• We are building a picture of digital exclusion and inclusion in
Camden. We’re doing this to be able to set goals for Camden’s Digital Inclusion challenge – that Everyone in Camden can access and be part of a digital society.
• At the moment, our picture of the support available to residents from the council and our partners and the community is fragmented. We have experiences and knowledge to build upon, but this does not translate into a clear, borough-wide understanding of the issue and of “what next”.
• We hope that the information that we’ll gather from council staff, the community and partners will allow us to create a joined-up, networked strategy to better target and coordinate support and measure impact.
Activities will include:
1. Designing the research plan
2. Conducting community and Residents interviews
3. Facilitating analysis and synthesis of findings for all workstreams
• Designing the synthesis activities together with the Project lead
• Running synthesis activities/ workshops for and with the team
• Up-skilling the project team in methods and frameworks for research synthesis, deriving insights
4. Report writing, final outputs design and preparation (October 17th – 28th)
• Design of the final deliverable together with the Project Manager
• Writing up findings and research synthesis
5. Delivery of recommendations through workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
