1. Performing analysis of core HR & Payroll data to quantify the scale of liability which exists within the project
2. Process HR records and incorporate these into the dataset, to understand and evidence how the project liability is mitigated by past actions
3. To conduct line-by-line review of the dataset to ensure accuracy of data held with a view to minimise the scale of the potential liability
4. To produce reporting, in a range of formats (statistical, written & presented) to accurately convey the liability based on the scale of the project and quality of the source data.
5. Collaborating with HR colleagues and others to quality assure the data produced, to ensure it can withstand scrutiny from an external auditor.
