We are seeking an experienced administrator who possesses a variety of strong administration skills to join our Practice Coordinators Team. The role will be essential in ensuring an efficient and quality-focussed work approach is applied to supporting our Specialist Services. Duties will include coordinating meetings, minute taking, preparing documentation, reviewing and updating databases and document management systems, tracking referrals, navigating multiple complex systems and managing inboxes.
Some of the key skills we are seeking include excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy, efficient communication skills and adherence to deadlines. Due to the nature of the work, you will be expected to maintain confidentiality and will have an understanding of data protection. The right candidate will possess a can-do attitude and willingness to learn and deliver a high level of quality focussed customer service and administration support. You will also be detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and within timeframes.
