Main purpose of Job:
1. To carry out a range of food safety interventions in line with FSA Food Law Code of Practice requirements and industry guidance. Prepare inspection reports as necessary. To follow up with appropriate advice and guidance.
2. To carry out investigation and respond to a range of service requests in relation to Food Safety issues. Including managing workload according to risk and service delivery priorities . To follow up with appropriate advice and guidance.
